Dcode fest 2011

We couldn't believe it, but yes, This year Madrid organized the first edition of the dcode fest.
As it was the first edition of this festival, people were expecting big names to be revealed and set an incredible headline, and they surely did, a mix of punk rock and indie rock set in two days and 3 stages was composedly this bands:

The way the organization managed the festival was great except for the fact that, due to some security requirements, underaged people had to get a wristband from an office which was quite far from the entry of the place so some people who were queuing for a very long time lost their sites as they did not know that the place was going to be that far. But that was the only problem in the entire day, we have to say special thanks to the security team, taking into account that the festival took place in the middle of June reaching temperatures of 30ºC.
If we don't count that, there was no problem, the meet&greet winners met the artists with great experiences to be told, actually, one girl won a signed guitar.
Each gig was different but awesome, and altough Madrid is a living oven in June, standing right there was totally worth-it. Jumping with my chemical romance and screaming bloody murder with sum 41, awesomely cool.
Security staff gave us (almost) all the water we asked for and the crowd wasn't too aggressive.

One of the funniest shows we've ever been to. Already expecting the next edition.

Here you have some videos recorded during the festival:
